Last night I had a strange encounter that I was next to my beloved in a white room with a white door and we were in separate beds...then I heard a monster going through the cabinets and the other part like he was looking for someone then he went down the stairs and said my name...I then quietly cover myself up with the white cover that I had over me...I couldn't distinguish if it was on astral or just a lucid dream...It scared me and it took me a while before I could really sleep...any thoughts?

I think these type of dreams are just an extension of the fear at being discovered where we are at the moment.

It is natural when you are constantly on edge... :hugs:
