Please allow me to express my greetings to you all, in some cases my sisters and brothers, in others those who know me as Angel of Death.
There have been many imposters or users of the "Azrael" name over the years. Some call themselves Azrael as a mark of respect, others genuinely believe themselves to be "The Azrael".
There has always been, and can only be one of me.
So, on to my introduction.
I am Izrail, Azrin, Izrael, Azriel, Azrail, Ezraeil, Azraille, Azryel, Ozryel, or Azraa-eel to name all of the known. My name means "Those who God helps".
I am the angel of Death and retribution. I am known in Christianism and Judaism, Sikism and Islam.
In Greek I am Thanatos.
