1. Only post a topic once. More than that is spam and is not allowed.

2. Dont use anyone elses identity, or logins. Do not impersonate another member, angellic council or anyone else. This is not allowed.

3. Respect all members and guests and their opinions. This forum is for the free expression of views and each view is viewed as a reflection of their characters. Rule Addition 5th November 2012: All members must post their birthdays within their profile...this is to help inform the Angelic Council who the adults are and who are the minors..

4. The Angelic Councils ruling on any issue is final. All evidence must be submitted before any case or ruling. Any issue will be kept confidential.

5. No fighting, drama or flame wars on topics or chat. If there is a problem please address it in Ask the Council.

6. Respect the privacy of all members including in private messages.

7.Rules of Chat: A.You may post a response more then once if its part of what you are having to say...otherwise its consider spam and will be reminded to wait for a response before replying again.

B.No flame wars or harrassment: The energy space is constantly monitored by the Angelic Council and cleared daily. The chat space is part of the forum and is meant to be a place of refuge for every member not a battlefield.Rule Addition: 26th October 2012: If a member disregards and continues fighting they will be warned and told to correct their behaviour a.s.a.p. we want others to enjoy their time in the chat box not be drove away.

C. No fighting with a Council Member: They are a council member for a reason and their views should be respected and their knowledge should be taken into consideration.

D: Topics can be varied and go off topic unlike the topics within the forum sections. If a topic seems to be going off topic or going into a direction that a one on one chat is needed then the members would be asked to further discuss their issue in the chat box and refrain from posting any comments concerning the issue within the topic thread on the forum. This helps other members identify what the topic is within the thread if the thread becomes more then one page long and not be confused on what the real topic is within the thread.

E: Chat conversations must be restricted to pg-13 rating as minors are allowed to join the forum and will have access to the chat box. That means no cybering...no porn pictures!

8. All of these rules are here to protect each and every member and to maintain the peace within this forum.

9. Post often as that is why there is a forum any members who become inactive will be informed and if they still do not participate within the forum they will be removed. The forum cannot keep dead members.

10. Have Fun and enjoy all of the areas that you have been granted access to.

Disclaimer: The Angelic Council reserves the right to add or modify these rules at anytime.

1. All requests to the Angellic Council are to be made in writing, via an email stating the nature of the case.

2. Any supported evidence, emails, private messages must be supplied at that time.

3. The Angellic Council will then assign an investigator to follow up any evidence.

4. All requests to the Council will remain strictly confidential.

5. Following a ruling, members have 1 week to mount an appeal, from the date of the ruling. Rulings will then be passed to an independent investigator.

The Angellic Council has the right to remove, alter or amend any posted item on this forum at any time without notice to the individual involved.

This does include creative writing, poetry, dreams or any post classed as expressive of ones opinions.
