sorry I did not post earlyer. Anyway so far I am getting some help for depression. And am hopefully going to get a certain docter. have to fill out forms for other things today also. Still half asleep so lol not sure what else to say right now.. hugs to all

Hi Esh,

I hope everything is going much better for you and your getting help with the depression. As an incarnate we do suffer from all manner of depression, anxiety and problems.

I think it's all that energy being forced into something so fragile as this shell.
